Smoked for 10 hrs, rolled in our Kansas City style “show me sauce” and back on smoker for 2 more hrs. This is just one example of the lengths we go to in making your barbecue experience next level!

Family gathering type food truck family values brought to your various locations based on the schedule, so we can share the best BBQ we grew up with and love from Kansas City Missouri. We now bring that fire to Northern Colorado in both food truck form and our BBQ restaurant launch.
