Working closely with The Macallan culinary team in Aberlour, Scotland to integrate native barley, yeast, oak, sherry and whisky in each exciting dish. Ever-changing tasting menu creations may include dishes; Toro Sashimi with baked Macallan yeast seasoning, Wagyu Tataki with barley miso sauce and fresh truffle, American Wagyu Filet Wellington with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and a Macallan demi-glace.
